Whether you're 16 or 65, no matter your obstacles or your physical limitations (and I have scars to prove my own which I'll happily show you), Pilates is the most effective & safest all-body workout. 

We're stuck at home anyways so why not think of this time as the "silver lining" of COVID19 and use this opportunity to get healthier, more balanced (and that means stronger!) and more flexible.
